Bean and Rosemary Dip

Serves: 4-6 as a side dip

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes


  • 1 tin cannellini beans 

  • 2 large cloves garlic, crushed

  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary finely chopped 

  • 1 juiced lemon

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 100ml of water

  • 100g tahini

  • Salt to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth

  2. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving

  3. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil (optional)

  4. For a thicker dip use less water and for thinner, use more.


Nutritional-2-pennies: Rosemary has been shown to improve the memory of rats, and some small-scale studies have shown it also improves the memory of humans. If you want a more therapeutic dosage, then I would recommend you use an essential oil and apply to your forehead/ diffuser.
