Bean and Rosemary Dip


Serves: 4-6 as a side dip
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

1 tin cannellini beans

2 large cloves garlic, crushed

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary finely chopped
-
1 juiced lemon
-
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
-
100ml of water
-
100g tahini
-
Salt to taste
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth

Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving

Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil (optional)

For a thicker dip use less water and for thinner, use more.
Nutritional-2-pennies: Rosemary has been shown to improve the memory of rats, and some small-scale studies have shown it also improves the memory of humans. If you want a more therapeutic dosage, then I would recommend you use an essential oil and apply to your forehead/ diffuser.
