Rosie work with women who;
are thinking about getting pregnant and want to ensure they are as healthy as possible
are actively trying to get pregnant, through both natural and assisted routes (IVF, ICSI, IUI)
Have a hormonal condition (PCOS, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Period issues)
are pregnant and would like nutrition advice to support them to thrive through pregnancy
Women who would like postpartum support
(whether this is 6 weeks after their baby is born or 6-years )
Rosie also supports Men in improving their sperm count, motility and morphology.
Rosie says: ‘I love my job! I have the responsibility of working with individuals and couples during times where they often feel at their most vulnerable and supporting them to optimise their health is a real privilege. I take my responsibility for each and every client extremely seriously and I will leave no stone unturned to ensure they can reach their optimum potential. That said, I believe the journey to optimum health should be empowering and enjoyable, even through the most difficult times’

'Rosie was a calming, positive person who came along at just the right time for me. Instead of fixating on ovulation dates and my cycle – which can get very consuming – suddenly I had the much more gratifying and positive focus of maximising my health. Rosie was empathetic, realistic, pragmatic, and kind. Just what I needed.
Well, I got pregnant! And though I went to see Rosie about fertility, the effects were far reaching. Hormones impact on so many critical aspects of life that through tackling my diet and rebalancing my body, I was able to improve my sleep, regulate my mood and eliminate a near constant cold. Poor sleep and a rubbish immune system were two things that I thought were innate within my nature. Rosie showed me that didn’t have to be the case.'
